Telephone calls and voicemail messages will not be accepted. Vasectomy consultations cancelled with less than 48 business hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will be subject to a fee of $100 for vasectomy consults and a fee of $200 for same-day vasectomy and circumcision procedures.
